In 1400, as a result of the tireless efforts of the leadership of Arzaq State Company and with the cooperation of the esteemed Department of Policy and Strategy of the government of that time, from the National Procurement Commission, orders were granted to grant contracts for funding necessary food materials for university dormitories in the center and provinces.
